Depending on circumstances, your application may be assessed by reference to a so-called predictive index (PI), or you may be invited to have a conversation with us (by telephone, video conference or, of course, a personal meeting). We currently employ a staff of around 200. The ratio of male to female staff members is around 50/50. Nonetheless, we are keen to promote a greater proportion of female staff in our group of companies, especially in professional and management positions. We employ staff across almost the entire working age spectrum, and from various religious and ethnic backgrounds. Everyone is welcome to progress their career with Angermann, irrespective of their age, gender, sexual orientation, physical limitations, or ethnic and religious backgrounds.
Yes and no: most departments and offices in our company still prefer men to dress in a suit and tie and women to dress in a trouser suit or skirt and jacket. But there have been changes in this regard and we no longer have such strict guidelines. The best way is to confirm the dress code with one’s senior management.
